Windstream Communications Expands Dallas Fiber and Fixed Wireless Networks
Windstream Communications announced that it is expanding its fiber and fixed wireless networks in Dallas. The goal is to benefit businesses in the Central Business District (including Downtown Dallas and the Uptown, City Place, and Turtle Creek areas), as well as the city’s Design and Medical districts.
Another planned Windstream expansion will bring greater access to the Park Cities, Preston Hollow, Galleria, and Addison areas, along with the 635 Corridor. It will also connect the Richardson Telecom Corridor, the Plano/Legacy Business Park area, and the Las Colinas/Irving Business Center. Read more.

After four successful years in Houston, Franchise Expo South relocated to Dallas’s Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center to dive into what the Small Business Index identifies as the second-fastest growing metro area in the United States. Dallas proved to be a favorable market for franchising with more than 200 brands exhibiting and nearly 8,000 in attendance from 45 states and 36 countries.The 2018 Franchise Expo South will happen January 18-20 at Dallas’s Kay Bailey Hutchison convention Center.
